Brawn F1 Cars Diffuser Is Legal
The chequered flag has come out on the diffuser issue with the FIA’s International Court of Appeal in Paris upholding the stewards’ decision at the Australian Grand Prix validating the legality of the diffusers used by the Brawn, Toyota and Williams teams at the first two Grand Prix races of 2009.
After eight hours of evidence on Tuesday following complaints from rivals that Brawn, Toyota and Williams, use an illegal diffuser, the five International Court of Appeal judges said the designs “comply with the applicable regulations”.
Briton Jenson Button with two wins this season is sure to be relieved, but not as relieved as those who have been betting on Button to win the world drivers championship this season with the Brawn GP car clearly the fastest on the track.
Needless to say, F1 Betting Odds on the world drivers championship and the Chinese Grand Prix are currently being reset at Bet365.com after the favourable ruling. F1bettingodds.com will update the latest F1 Odds once they go live. You can view the latest prices here.
