Honda’s Formula One Team hope to have a new owner take over the reigns from Honda Motor Co. Ltd. in time for Christmas.
Takeo Fukui, the President of Honda Motor Co. Ltd dropped a bombshell on the F1 racing world when he announced that Honda would be pulling out of Formula One racing, citing the current financial climate as the reason for the Japanese car manufacturer to pull out of the sport.
Honda Motor Co. Ltd has been involved in Formula One racing for eight years, between 1963-68 and 2005-08.
